Shipping policy

Shipping to Canada:

Before placing an order to Canada, please contact customerservice@profile-design.com, or call (888) 800-5999, to determine if there is a dealer or distributor in your area carrying the item.

Published freight rates are calculated upon net order pricing, after all applicable discounts or promotions have been applied.

Customs and import duties are applied once the shipment reaches its destination.  These charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order.  Contact your local customs office for details.  Profile Design is not able to influence local delivery practices.  Delivery may be delayed by customs/import duties and local postal requirements.  Profile Design is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipment.  If an order has been received damaged, please contact the carrier to submit a claim.

The customer assumes responsibility for any additional charges on rejected packages.  Profile Design is not responsible for customs fees incurred from imported goods.  Any shipping charge incurred due to exchange or returns are the responsibility of the customer.
